By purchasing this plan, you acknowledge that it provides **shared ChatGPT Plus web access through the BDnat browser extension**.
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.
## 1. Access Type
This product is a **Web Extension Access** plan.
Access is provided through:
* the BDnat browser extension; and
* a unique access code supplied through your BDnat account.
The extension performs the required login process for the supported web browser.
The underlying ChatGPT account email and password may not be provided directly to the customer.
## 2. Account Type
The underlying ChatGPT Plus account is a **shared account**.
Multiple authorized customers may use the same underlying subscription.
Purchasing this plan gives you temporary access for the purchased duration.
You do not receive ownership of the underlying ChatGPT account.
## 3. Delivery and Login Information
After your order is processed, the necessary information will be available inside your **BDnat account/dashboard**.
This may include:
* extension download;
* unique access code;
* written setup instructions;
* screenshots; and
* video guides.
Customers should use only the official BDnat extension and access information supplied through BDnat.
## 4. Subscription Duration
For this plan:
**Subscription Duration: 30 Days**
The subscription period begins from the applicable activation or delivery time shown in your order.
## 5. Replacement Guarantee
For this 30-day plan:
**Replacement Guarantee Duration: 25 Days**
If an eligible account-specific, access-code or extension-related issue occurs within the first 25 days, BDnat will first attempt to restore the existing access.
If the eligible problem cannot reasonably be resolved, replacement access may be provided.
The final 5 days are normally outside the replacement guarantee unless otherwise stated.
## 6. Issues That May Qualify for Replacement
Replacement may be considered if:
* your valid BDnat access code unexpectedly stops working;
* the official BDnat extension can no longer authenticate your eligible subscription;
* the supplied ChatGPT Plus account becomes inaccessible;
* Plus access unexpectedly disappears;
* an account-specific restriction prevents normal access; or
* another verified problem directly related to the access supplied by BDnat occurs.
BDnat may first troubleshoot, reset, restore or reissue access before providing a replacement.
## 7. Important Logout Rule
Customers must **not manually log out from the ChatGPT website** while using this plan.
The active session is managed through the BDnat extension.
If you want to log out, you must use the **Logout button inside the BDnat extension**.
Correct method:
1. Open the BDnat extension.
2. Press **Logout**.
3. Allow the extension to close the session properly.
Selecting **Log out** or **Sign out** directly from ChatGPT may terminate the supplied session and can cause temporary loss of access.
Temporary access loss caused by:
* manually logging out from ChatGPT;
* intentionally terminating the supplied session;
* removing required session information; or
* ignoring the provided logout instructions
is considered a **customer-caused issue**.
Such an issue does **not automatically qualify for replacement, extension, refund or compensation**.
BDnat may still provide reasonable assistance to restore access where possible.
## 8. Extension Responsibilities
Customers must:
* use the official BDnat extension;
* use only their assigned access code;
* follow the provided setup instructions;
* keep the access code private; and
* contact BDnat if the extension stops working.
Customers must not:
* share or resell access codes;
* distribute the extension without authorization;
* modify or tamper with the extension;
* attempt to bypass its authentication;
* use unauthorized copies of the extension; or
* intentionally interfere with its operation.
Problems caused by unauthorized modification or misuse may not qualify for replacement or refund.
## 9. Device and Browser Changes
This plan is intended for supported web-browser access.
Removing the extension, clearing required browser data, resetting the browser, reinstalling the operating system or moving to another device may require the setup process to be completed again.
These customer-side changes are not automatically considered subscription failures.
BDnat will provide reasonable setup assistance where possible.
## 10. Shared Usage and Usage Limits
ChatGPT Plus does not guarantee unlimited use of every model or feature.
Individual models and tools may have their own usage limits.
Because the underlying account is shared, available usage may also be affected by other authorized users.
If a model or feature reaches its normal limit, customers may need to wait for it to reset.
Reaching a normal usage limit does **not** qualify as:
* an account failure;
* a replacement issue;
* a refund reason; or
* compensable downtime.
## 11. Temporary Platform Issues
Temporary platform-wide problems are not considered failures of the BDnat extension or supplied account.
Examples include:
* server outages;
* maintenance;
* slow responses;
* temporary model unavailability;
* image-generation errors;
* upload problems;
* Voice interruptions;
* Deep Research interruptions; or
* other temporary feature errors.
Replacing an account or access code may not solve a platform-wide problem.
BDnat will assist in determining whether an issue is related to the supplied access or to the underlying platform.
## 12. Feature Changes
Models, tools, usage limits, interfaces and service availability may change over time.
BDnat does not guarantee permanent availability of a specific individual model or feature unless it is specifically stated as guaranteed in the purchased plan.
A change to an individual feature does not automatically qualify for replacement or refund if the core purchased subscription remains usable.
## 13. Unauthorized Account Changes
Customers must not change:
* account email;
* password;
* recovery information;
* security settings;
* two-factor authentication;
* subscription settings;
* billing information; or
* other ownership-related details.
Customers must also not delete or deactivate the supplied account.
Problems resulting from unauthorized changes may not qualify for replacement or refund.
## 14. Access Code Misuse
Your access code is tied to your purchased subscription.
BDnat may disable or replace a code where there is reasonable evidence of:
* unauthorized sharing;
* resale;
* abnormal simultaneous use;
* manipulation;
* attempted circumvention; or
* other misuse.
Access lost because of confirmed customer misuse may not qualify for refund or replacement.
## 15. Privacy and Shared Access
This is not a private personal account.
Customers should not use the shared account for highly sensitive or confidential information.
Avoid entering or uploading:
* passwords;
* banking details;
* confidential business documents;
* personal identification documents;
* sensitive private files; or
* information that should remain completely private.
## 16. Refund Policy
This is a digital subscription product.
After successful delivery of working access, the order is generally **non-refundable for change of mind**.
This includes situations where the customer:
* decides they no longer want the subscription;
* does not use the subscription;
* purchases the wrong plan after successful delivery;
* reaches a normal feature or model usage limit;
* manually logs out from ChatGPT and temporarily loses access;
* removes required extension or browser data; or
* experiences a temporary platform-wide issue.
## 17. Eligible Unresolved Problems
If an eligible access problem occurs and BDnat is unable to restore or replace the service, the remaining eligible value may be considered for:
* BDnat account credit;
* adjustment toward another available subscription; or
* refund of an approved unused balance.
Any approved amount will be handled according to the applicable BDnat Refund & Replacement Policy.
## 18. Undelivered Orders
If payment is successfully verified but BDnat cannot deliver the purchased product, the customer may be offered:
* the same product when available;
* an equivalent alternative;
* BDnat account credit; or
* a refund.
An order will not be considered undeliverable while BDnat is waiting for information required from the customer.
## 19. Incorrect Product Purchase
Please confirm that you want **Web Extension Access** before purchasing.
This product is specifically intended for supported web-browser use through the BDnat extension.
If you require mobile-app or another access method, choose the appropriate product instead.
If you purchase the wrong product, contact BDnat immediately before delivery or activation.
After working digital access has been delivered, changing the plan or receiving a refund is not guaranteed.
## 20. Customer-Caused Issues
Replacement or refund may be refused where the issue is caused by:
* manually logging out from ChatGPT instead of using the extension;
* removing required browser/session data;
* unauthorized device or access-code sharing;
* changing restricted account information;
* deleting the account;
* tampering with the extension;
* exceeding disclosed usage restrictions;
* violating provided instructions; or
* intentional misuse.
BDnat may still provide reasonable troubleshooting assistance where possible.
## 21. Expiration and Renewal
When your subscription expires:
* the associated extension access or code may stop working;
* access to the supplied ChatGPT Plus account ends; and
* continued access is not guaranteed.
You may purchase another available plan to continue using the service.
A future purchase may use a different access code or underlying account.
## 22. Support Procedure
If you experience a problem:
1. Open your BDnat dashboard.
2. Check your order and access information.
3. Follow the written guide.
4. Review the screenshots.
5. Watch the provided video tutorial.
6. Make sure you have not manually logged out from ChatGPT.
7. If the problem remains, contact BDnat through **Messenger or WhatsApp**.
When contacting support, please send:
* your order number;
* screenshot of the issue;
* browser name;
* device being used; and
* a short explanation.
This helps our support team identify the problem faster.
## 23. Final Notice
If the extension, access code or ChatGPT access stops working, do not attempt unauthorized fixes.
Do not:
* manually log out from ChatGPT;
* change account credentials;
* modify security settings;
* remove required session information; or
* use unofficial login methods.
Use the instructions available inside your BDnat dashboard first.

* normal platform usage limits are not account failures;
* the stated replacement period applies; and
* refunds are subject to the applicable BDnat policy.
